ABC Soto Ayam Chicken Flavour Noodles 65g

ABC Soto Ayam Chicken Flavour Noodles take their flavour from soto ayam, the turmeric-yellow chicken soup of Indonesia, and come in a 65g pack. The Japanese importer of Mi ABC noodles describes it as a herb-scented chicken soup with firm, springy noodles.

How to use

• Prepare in a pot according to the pack instructions.
• Top with shredded chicken, half a boiled egg and fried shallots, the way soto ayam is served in Indonesia.
• Squeeze in some lime or lemon juice just before eating.
• Add bean sprouts or a few celery leaves for freshness.
