Al Modina Beef Abura is a 1 kg pack of halal beef fat. Abura is the Japanese word for fat, and Al Modina, a meat and grocery shop in Japan, packs it vacuum-sealed. Melted down slowly, it turns into beef dripping, a cooking fat with a meaty flavour.

How to use
