Aloo Puri Kazifarms 450g

Kazi Farms Kitchen Aloo Puri is a frozen pack of 10 potato-filled puri, 450 g in total. Each puri has a wheat-flour pastry wrapped around potato cooked with onion, garlic, ginger and ground spices. The maker produces them at its factory near Dhaka, Bangladesh, and they make a quick snack with tea.

How to use

• Kazi Farms Kitchen says to fry them in oil at medium heat (170–175°C) for 5–6 minutes, until golden brown.
• Keep frozen until you are ready to cook, and do not refreeze once thawed, as the maker advises.
• Serve hot with tamarind chutney, ketchup or a green chilli sauce.
• Delivered chilled/frozen; store as directed on the pack.
