Ambika Roasted Chana 150g

Ambika Roasted Chana is whole kala chana (black chickpeas) roasted until crunchy, in a 150 g pack. Ambika lists India as the origin and chickpeas as the only ingredient, and says no oil or salt is added. Also known as bhuna chana, it is eaten straight from the pack, thin brown skins and all.

How to use

• Enjoy a handful on its own, or with raisins and other dried fruit as Ambika suggests.
• Toss with chopped onion, green chilli, lemon juice and chaat masala for a quick chana chaat.
• Roast with a spice masala or stir into a homemade namkeen mix.
• Close the pack well after opening and finish it soon.
