Ambika Turmeric Powder 200g

Ambika Turmeric Powder is ground turmeric in a 200 g pack, the spice that gives curries their yellow colour. Ambika lists it as a product of India, with turmeric as the only ingredient. In Japan it is also known as ukon.

How to use

• Add a small pinch with the onions or other spices early in cooking so the raw taste cooks out.
• Use it in curries, dals, rice dishes and marinades for fish or meat.
