Bashundhara Puffed Rice 200g (Muri)

Bashundhara Puffed Rice is muri, rice puffed until light and crisp, in a 200 g pack. It is made by Bashundhara Food & Beverage Industries Ltd., which says the muri is produced with automated machinery. In Bangladesh, muri is an everyday snack and a regular part of the iftar table.

How to use

• Make muri makha: mix with chanachur, chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and a few drops of mustard oil.
• Combine with gur (jaggery) and grated coconut for a sweet snack.
• Enjoy a bowl plain alongside a cup of tea.
• Fold the pack shut after opening so the muri stays crisp.
