Current Hot ‘n’ Spicy Noodles (100g)

Current Hot 'n' Spicy Noodles are chilli and pepper flavoured instant noodles, in a 100g pack. They are made in Nepal by Yashoda Foods under its Current brand, which describes this flavour as a blend of fiery spices. A packet makes a quick hot lunch or a late-night bowl.

How to use

• Boil the noodles, stir in the seasoning and eat it as a soup.
• For a drier dish, pour off most of the water before adding the seasoning.
• Crack an egg into the pot for the last minute, or top with chopped coriander.
