Dal Puri Golden Harvest

Golden Harvest Dal Puri is a frozen pack of ten puris stuffed with a seasoned lentil filling, 454g in all. Dal puri is a Bengali fried bread eaten as a snack or for breakfast, usually with a curry or bhaji. It is delivered chilled/frozen; store as directed on the pack.

How to use

• Take the puris out of the freezer 10 to 15 minutes before cooking.
• Deep-fry them in hot oil until golden and crisp, then drain on kitchen paper.
• Serve hot with aloo bhaji, chana, a meat curry or tamarind chutney.
