Haldiram Coconut Soan Papdi 250g

Haldiram's Coconut Soan Papdi is the flaky Indian sweet soan papdi made with coconut, in a 250g pack. It is made by pulling gram flour, sugar and fat into fine strands, so each cube crumbles as you bite. Ambika Japan lists coconut, cardamom, almond and pistachio in this version, which is made in India.

How to use

• Lift the cubes out gently, as they break easily, and serve with black coffee or tea.
• Stir a piece or two into a mug of warm milk for a quick sweet drink.
• Once opened, keep it tightly sealed so it stays light and flaky.
