Haldiram Moong Dal 150g

Haldiram's Moong Dal is a crunchy snack of fried split moong beans with salt, in a 150g pack. According to Ambika Japan it contains only moong beans, palm olein and salt, with no chilli or pepper, so it is one of the milder namkeen. It is made in India.

How to use

• Eat it by the handful with tea, or as a salty snack on its own.
• Scatter some over dal or curry just before serving for crunch.
• Toss a spoonful through a salad in place of croutons.
