Hilife Crispy Beaten Rice 450g

Hilife Crispy Beaten Rice is a crunchy, ready-to-eat chiura in a 450g pack, from the Hilife brand sold in Nepal. Beaten rice, known as chiura in Nepal and chira in Bangladesh, is rice pressed into thin flakes; this crisp kind is eaten straight from the pack.

How to use

• Serve a bowl with aloo achar, chana curry or spiced potatoes for a Nepali-style khaja.
