Rosmalai 500g

Rasmalai, also spelled roshmalai, is a Bengali sweet of soft cheese patties in thickened, sweetened milk, in a 500g pack. It is a dessert for Eid, weddings and family gatherings. It arrives chilled; store as directed on the pack.

How to use

• Serve cold in small bowls, spooning some of the milk over each piece.
• Top with crushed pistachios or almonds before serving.
• Spoon out only what you need and keep the rest covered as directed on the pack.
