Mehran Plain Paratha 400g

Mehran Plain Paratha is a pack of frozen layered flatbreads, 400g in total as five 80g pieces, made in Pakistan. The maker's dough uses wheat flour, margarine, condensed milk and a little sugar. It is delivered chilled/frozen; store as directed on the pack.

How to use

• Cook it straight from the freezer without thawing, peeling off the plastic sheet on each side first.
• Lay it in a preheated non-stick frying pan for about 2 minutes, turning now and then, until both sides are golden brown.
• Serve hot with fried egg, chicken karahi, kebab or a cup of milk tea.
