Mehran Aloo Paratha 360g

Mehran Aloo Paratha is a flatbread stuffed with spiced potato, sold frozen in a 360g pack of three pieces from Pakistan. Mehran seasons the potato filling with cumin, black pepper, red chilli, mint and coriander leaves. It arrives chilled/frozen; store as directed on the pack.

How to use

• There is no need to thaw it. Pull away the film on both faces before it goes in the pan.
• Heat a non-stick pan and give each piece around 2 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden on both sides.
• Eat it hot for breakfast with plain yoghurt, raita or a spoon of achar.
