Pran Jhal Muri 120g

Pran Jhal Muri is a ready-mixed puffed rice snack with spices and peanut, in a 120g pack. It is made in Bangladesh by PRAN. Jhal muri is a street snack in Kolkata and Dhaka, where it is usually tossed together fresh and handed over in a paper cone.

How to use

• Eat it straight from the pack as an evening snack.
• For a fresher bowl, stir in chopped onion, green chilli, cucumber and coriander with a squeeze of lemon just before serving.
• Put a bowl on the table at iftar or when guests call round.
• Close the pack tightly after opening so the puffed rice stays crisp.
