Kazi Vegetable Samosa 400g

Kazi Farms Kitchen Vegetable Samosa is a frozen pack of 10 samosas with a spiced mixed-vegetable filling, 400g in all. The pastry is made from wheat flour, water, vegetable oil and salt, and the maker, a Bangladeshi frozen-food company, lists its factory at Ashulia near Dhaka. It is delivered chilled/frozen; store as directed on the pack.

How to use

• Fry in oil at medium heat (170–175°C) for 6–7 minutes, until golden brown, as the maker directs.
• Keep frozen until you cook them; the maker says not to refreeze once defrosted.
• Drain on kitchen paper and serve hot with tomato sauce or tamarind chutney at teatime.
