White Chomchom 500g

White Chomchom is the white variety of the Bengali sweet chomchom, in a 500g pack. Chomchom is made from chhena, a fresh curd cheese, shaped into ovals and cooked in sugar syrup, and it is linked with the town of Tangail in Bangladesh. The pack travels chilled; keep it as directed on the pack.

How to use

• Take the pieces out a little before serving if you prefer them less cold.
• Offer them with tea, or arrange them on a mixed mishti plate for Eid or a family celebration.
• Lift pieces out with a clean spoon and close the pack again between servings.
