Ambika Tea CTC Assam 500g

Ambika Tea CTC Assam is Indian black tea from Assam in small CTC granules, in a 500 g pack. Ambika lists tea leaves as the only ingredient and India as the origin. Its grains are smaller than Ambika's Big grade, with more fine tea, so it brews dark and fast.

How to use

• Boil it in water with your choice of spices, then add milk for chai.
• Its strength also stands up to tapioca milk tea, as Ambika suggests.
• Pour through a fine strainer or use a tea filter bag, as the small particles slip through a coarse sieve.
• Keep away from sunlight and humidity, and seal the pack well after opening.
