Padma Deer With Bone 1kg

Padma Deer With Bone is a 1kg pack of halal deer meat, or venison, cut into pieces on the bone. Venison is a lean, dark red meat with a stronger flavour than beef, and the bone adds body to anything slow-cooked with it.

How to use

• Marinate overnight with yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste and garam masala.
• Braise slowly on low heat as a curry or bhuna until the meat comes away from the bone.
• With so little fat, it needs a little extra oil or ghee, and it toughens if cooked hard and fast.
• Store as directed on the pack.
