DUCK TH 1.6-1.7kg CP

CP Whole Duck is a halal whole duck from Thailand weighing 1.6–1.7kg. CP is the brand of Charoen Pokphand Foods, a Thai food company whose livestock farming includes ducks. A whole bird can be roasted as it is or cut up for curry.

How to use

• Check the skin for small feathers and remove any before cooking.
• Cut into pieces and cook slowly with onion, ginger-garlic paste and whole spices for Bengali duck curry (hasher mangsho).
• To roast, prick the skin all over so the fat melts out and the skin crisps.
• Delivered chilled; store as directed on the pack.
