A Grade Japanese Rice is Japanese rice in a 10 kg pack. Japanese rice has short grains that turn soft, glossy and slightly sticky when cooked, so it holds its shape for onigiri and sits well beside grilled fish, miso soup or curry.

How to use

• Rinse the rice two or three times in cold water, pouring off the cloudy water each time.
• Let it soak for about 30 minutes before cooking for softer grains.
• Cook in a rice cooker using the water line marked inside the bowl.
• Store as directed on the pack.
