JB Dry Fish (Anchovy 200g)

JB Dry Fish (Anchovy) is a 200g pack of halal dried anchovy, small whole fish sold as shutki. Because the fish are so small they need no cutting and cook in minutes, and like most dried fish they have a noticeable smell.

How to use

• Soak in water for a few minutes, pick out any grit and drain well.
• Fry crisp with sliced onion, garlic and dried chilli for a quick side dish with rice.
• Stir into a bhuna with tomato and green chilli until thick.
• Reseal after opening and store as directed on the pack.
