JB Koral fish Blk 800g

JB Koral Fish is a halal koral, the Bengali name for barramundi or Asian sea bass, in an 800g pack. Barramundi lives in coastal waters, estuaries and rivers around the Indian Ocean and the western Pacific, and in Bengal it is known for crumbed fried fillets and paturi.

How to use

• Marinate with lemon, ginger-garlic paste and chilli, coat in egg and breadcrumbs and shallow-fry.
• For paturi, spread with mustard paste and green chilli, wrap in banana leaf or foil and steam.
• Grill or pan-sear with a light spice rub and serve with rice.
• Shipped chilled; follow the storage directions on the pack.
