JB Pangash Steak 1kg

JB Pangash Steak is a 1kg pack of halal pangash cut into steaks across the body. Pangash, or pangas, is the Bengali name for pangasius, a catfish with soft, mild white flesh, and the steak cut gives even, curry-sized pieces.

How to use

• Cook in a light jhol with potato, aubergine and tomato, the everyday way in Bangladesh.
• Make a thicker bhuna with onion, garlic and chilli; stir gently, as the flesh is soft.
• Fry briefly with turmeric and salt before adding the pieces to the gravy, so they hold together.
• Delivered chilled; store as directed on the pack.
