JB Ruhi Steak Clean 1kg

JB Ruhi Steak (Cleaned) is a 1kg pack of halal ruhi steaks, already cleaned. Ruhi, also known as rui or rohu, is a freshwater carp from the rivers of Bangladesh, India and nearby countries, and it is eaten very widely in Bangladesh and West Bengal.

How to use

• Pat dry, dip in turmeric and salt and fry; rohu has been cooked this way in Bengal for centuries.
• Simmer the fried steaks in rui macher kalia or a jhol with cauliflower and potato.
• Cook with plenty of sliced onion for rui dopiaza.
• Arrives chilled; store as directed on the pack.
