Padma Lamb Boneless Cut 1kg

Padma Lamb Boneless is a 1kg pack of halal bone-in lamb, the meat of a young sheep. It is processed and packed in Japan by Padma, an importer based in Saitama. Lamb is more tender than meat from older animals, so it needs less time in the pot.

How to use

• Marinate in yoghurt with Kashmiri chilli, fennel and ginger, then braise slowly for rogan josh.

• Cook over high heat with tomato, green chilli and black pepper for a lamb karahi.

• Simmer with carrots and raisins and cook the rice in the stock for kabuli pulao.

• Store as directed on the pack.
