Padma Nola Fish BD 500g

Padma Nola Fish is a 500g pack of halal nola, the Bengali name for rui (rohu) sold at a smaller size. Padma lists Bangladesh as the origin and sells it with its frozen fish. Like larger rui, it has fine bones, so eat it slowly.

How to use

• Season with chilli powder, turmeric and salt and shallow-fry crisp as a side for plain rice and dal.
• Cook as a thin jhol with potato, tomato and green chilli.
• Make a sour tok with tomato or tamarind for hot days.
• Delivered chilled/frozen; store as directed on the pack.
