JB Pabda Clean 700g IQ

JB Pabda Clean is a 700g pack of halal pabda that has already been cleaned. Pabda is the Bengali name for a small, pale freshwater catfish with soft flesh and one central bone, which makes it easy to eat off the bone at the table.

How to use

• Since the cleaning is done, simply rinse, drain and rub with turmeric and salt.
• Make pabda macher jhol with tomato, green chilli and a little nigella seed.
• Cook it in a mustard and yoghurt sauce, adding the fish last and simmering only a few minutes.
• Delivered chilled; store as directed on the pack.
