Padma Poa Fish 500g Blk

Padma Poa Fish is a 500g pack of halal poa, the Bengali name for croakers such as the pama croaker. Poa lives along the Bay of Bengal coast and in its estuaries, and its soft white flesh is a regular on Bangladeshi dinner tables.

How to use

• Clean, cut into pieces and rub with turmeric, chilli and salt.
• Shallow-fry as poa mach bhaja and serve with rice and dal.
• Cook as a thick bhuna with onion, garlic and tomato, or add aubergine and potato for a curry.
• Store as directed on the pack.
