Padma Ruhi Steak Blk 500g

Padma Rohi Steak is a 500g pack of halal rohi steaks, cut across the body of the fish. Rohi is another spelling of ruhi or rohu, the freshwater carp that Bengali households cook more than any other, and the small pack suits a single meal for two or three.

How to use

• Coat with turmeric, chilli and salt and shallow-fry until golden on both sides.
• Slide the fried steaks into a tomato and onion jhol with green chilli.
• Serve simply fried with dal and rice, or with a squeeze of lemon.
• Delivered chilled; store as directed on the pack.
