Sadia Whole Chicken 1100g

Sadia Whole Chicken is a frozen halal whole chicken of 1100g, a mid-range weight in a griller line that Sadia sells from 600g to 1600g. Importers in Japan list the 1100g Sadia bird as frozen and from Brazil. Sadia is a Brazilian brand of the BRF group.

How to use

• Boil the thawed bird whole with onion, bay leaf and peppercorns; shred the meat for sandwiches and keep the broth for soup or khichuri.
• Cut it into pieces for chicken akhni pulao, cooked with the rice in one pot.
• Marinate small pieces in chilli, turmeric and lemon and pan-fry them as murgi bhaja.
• Delivered chilled or frozen; store as directed on the pack.
