Sadia Whole Chicken 1000g

Sadia Whole Chicken is a 1000g frozen halal whole chicken, about right for a family curry for three or four. Shops in Japan list it as a product of Brazil, home of Sadia's parent company, BRF. According to Sadia, its chickens are cleaned and then frozen soon after.

How to use

• Joint the thawed bird into 12 to 16 curry pieces, with or without the skin.
• Make a murgir jhol with potato, or layer the pieces with rice for a chicken biryani.
• Simmer the backbone, neck and wing tips with onion and ginger for a quick stock.
• It arrives chilled; after that, store it as the pack says.
