Sadia Whole Chicken 700g

Sadia Whole Chicken is a compact frozen halal whole chicken of 700g, a size that feeds one or two people or makes a quick weeknight roast. Sadia belongs to BRF, a food group from Brazil, and a Japanese retailer lists this bird as Brazilian. Sadia's product page says its chickens are cleaned before freezing.

How to use

• A bird this small roasts whole in less time than a family-sized chicken.
• Cut out the backbone and press it flat for faster, even grilling or pan-roasting.
• Chop it into small pieces for a chicken bhuna or jhol for two.
• It comes chilled or frozen; follow the storage directions on the pack.

Every product at Bangaliana Halal Food is halal.
