Sadia Whole Chicken 800g

Sadia Whole Chicken is a frozen halal whole chicken in the 800g size, one of the griller weights Sadia lists. It makes dinner for two with a little left over, or a small tandoori-style roast. The Sadia brand is owned by BRF of Brazil.

How to use

• After thawing, score the legs and breast and rub in yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste and tandoori masala before roasting.
• Sadia also suggests stuffing the bird; spiced rice or onion and herbs both work.
• Shred any leftover meat into wraps, sandwiches or fried rice the next day.
• Ships chilled; keep it as the pack instructs.
