Seara Whole Chicken 1100g

Seara Whole Chicken is an 1100g halal whole chicken, or griller, which Seara sells frozen. Seara is a poultry and meat company from Santa Catarina in southern Brazil, owned by JBS since 2013. Its griller range runs from 800g to 1400g, and this size feeds a family of three or four.

How to use

• Seara gives three methods for this bird: on the grill, in the oven or in a pot.
• For a pot roast, brown the thawed bird in ghee, add onion, cinnamon and cardamom with a little water, then cover and cook gently until tender.
• Cut out the backbone, flatten the bird and grill it with a lemon, garlic and chilli marinade.
• Delivered chilled or frozen; store as directed on the pack.
