JB Tilapia Whole Fish (Cleaned) is a whole halal tilapia in the 500–600g size range, cleaned and ready to season. A fish this size is easy to fry or grill whole and serve on the plate, or it can be cut into pieces for a curry.

How to use

• Score both sides, rub with turmeric, chilli, garlic and salt and fry whole until crisp.
• Fill the cuts with a green masala of coriander and chilli and grill or bake.
• Cut into three or four pieces for a tomato-based curry.
• Delivered chilled; store as directed on the pack.
