AB Grade Japanese Rice 10kg

AB Grade Japanese Rice is a 10 kg pack of Japanese rice, the everyday rice of Japanese home cooking. The grain is short and rounded and cooks up moist and clingy, which suits curry rice, donburi, and fried rice made from day-old rice. A pack this size holds roughly 66 rice-cooker cups of about 150g each.

How to use

• Measure with the rice-cooker cup and add water up to the matching line on the cooker's scale.
• When it is done, turn the rice over with a paddle and let it steam for a few minutes before serving.
• Once opened, keep the rice sealed and away from damp and direct sun.
