Ambika Chakki Fresh Atta 1kg

Ambika Chakki Fresh Atta is whole wheat flour for chapati and roti, in a 1 kg pack. Chakki is the Hindi word for a grinding mill, and Ambika describes this atta as finely ground for soft rotis. Because the whole grain is milled, the flour has a slightly greyish colour.

How to use

• Knead with water and a pinch of salt into a soft dough, rest it, then roll out chapatis and cook them on a dry tawa or frying pan.
• Use it for parathas and puris.
• Ambika also suggests it for sweets such as laddu and halwa.
