How to use

• Decant a week's worth into an airtight container and keep the rest sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
• For soft chapatis, knead with warm water, rest the dough for 20 to 30 minutes, then roll thin.
• Use it for stuffed aloo paratha, puri and naan.
• It also goes into atta halwa and laddu.
