Ambika Coconut Fine 100g

Ambika Coconut Fine is finely grated dried coconut, also known as desiccated coconut, in a 100g pack. Coconut is the only ingredient, and Ambika Japan names India as the origin. The small, powdery flakes mix into doughs, fillings and gravies rather than standing out like long coconut threads.

How to use

• Work it into cookie dough or cake batter, or roll narkel naru (coconut ladoo) in it.
• Stir a spoonful into a korma or another curry sauce.
• Sprinkle over yoghurt, pancakes or ice cream, or mix into cereal with nuts.
• Keep sealed in a cool place away from sunlight and humidity, and use soon after opening.
