Ambika Coconut Thread 100g

Ambika Coconut Thread is dried coconut cut into thin, string-like shreds, in a 100g pack. Coconut is the only ingredient, and Ambika Japan gives India as the origin. The strands are longer than fine desiccated coconut, so they stay visible as a topping.

How to use

• Scatter over a korma or another curry just before serving.
• Toast lightly in a dry pan, then sprinkle over yoghurt, fruit or halwa.
• Stir a spoonful into breakfast cereal.
