Ambika Panipuri 200g

Ambika Panipuri is ready-to-fry pani puri pellets, also called fryums, in a 200 g pack. Dropped into hot oil, each small disc puffs into a crisp, hollow shell for the street snack also known as golgappa or phuchka.

How to use

• Fry a small handful at a time and lift them out as soon as they puff and turn crisp.
• Let them cool on paper, then tap a hole in the top of each shell.
• Fill with boiled potato and chickpeas and add the spiced pani; Ambika Panipuri Masala can be used for the pani.
• As Ambika advises, eat each puri in one bite once the pani is in, before the shell softens.
