Aroy-D Coconut Milk Can 400g

Aroy-D Coconut Milk is canned coconut milk from Thailand, in a 400 g can. Thai cooks use it as the base of green and red curries and coconut soups, and it works just as well in South Asian curries and milk sweets.

How to use

• Shake the can or stir the contents after opening, as the thick cream often settles apart from the thinner milk.
• Simmer it with curry paste, vegetables and chicken or fish for a Thai curry, or use it for tom kha soup.
• Add it to chingri malai curry, korma or payesh in place of some of the water or milk.
