Ashoka Mango Pickle 500g

Ashoka Mango Pickle Mild is an Indian mango achar with a gentle chilli level, in a 500g pack. Ashoka is a brand of ADF Foods, a food maker in Gujarat, India. The pickle is mostly mango, preserved in oil and salt with mustard seed, fenugreek, turmeric, cumin and a little chilli.

How to use

• Put a small spoonful beside dal and rice, khichdi or aloo paratha.
• Stir a little of the spiced oil into curd rice or plain boiled potatoes.
• The mild heat makes it an easy first achar for anyone new to Indian pickles.
