Bashundhara Atta 1kg

Bashundhara Atta is wheat flour from Bashundhara Food & Beverage Industries in Bangladesh, in a 1kg pack. The maker says the wheat goes through several automatic cleaning stages before milling, and suggests the flour for ruti as well as soft biscuits and cake.

How to use

• For ruti, knead with warm water and a pinch of salt, then rest the dough for 15 to 20 minutes.
• Roll into thin rounds and cook on a hot tawa, pressing lightly so each one puffs.
• Make it into paratha with a little oil or ghee between the layers.
• Store as directed on the pack.
