Bashundhara Maida 1kg

Bashundhara Maida is refined white wheat flour in a 1 kg pack. It is milled in Bangladesh by Bashundhara, which describes it as a flour for both baking and everyday cooking, and it does the same jobs as Japanese all-purpose flour (komugiko).

How to use

• Knead it with water, a little oil and a pinch of salt into a soft dough for luchi or paratha.
• Roll it thin for samosa and singara wrappers, or cut it into strips for nimki.
• Use it for cakes, biscuits and bread, as you would any plain flour.
