Beson Bombay Sweets 500g

Bombay Sweets Beson is besan, the gram flour of South Asian kitchens, in a 500g pack. Bombay Sweets is a Bangladeshi food company founded in Old Dhaka in 1948, better known for its chanachur and chips, which also makes spices.

How to use

• Whisk with water, salt and chilli into a thick batter for onion pakora or the coating on alur chop.
• Mix a spoonful into shami kebab or lentil bora mixtures to hold them together.
• Roast slowly in ghee, then add sugar for besan halwa or laddu.
• Store as directed on the pack.
