Hamdard Sat Isabgol 100g

Hamdard Sat Isabgol is psyllium husk, the fine flaked husk of the isabgol seed, in a 100g pack. It is made in India by Hamdard, a company founded in 1906, and is usually stirred into water or milk.

How to use

• Stir the amount given on the pack into a glass of water or milk and drink it straight away.
• The husk soaks up liquid and thickens into a gel within minutes, so do not leave it standing.
• In South Asia it is also mixed into sweet sharbat drinks.
• Close the pack tightly and keep it in a cool, dry place away from moisture.
