India Gate Premium Basmati Rice is aged basmati rice from India in a 5 kg pack. India Gate is the flagship brand of KRBL Limited. Retailers describe the grains as long and slender, growing up to three times longer when cooked and staying separate rather than sticky.

How to use

• Rinse a few times, then soak for about 30 minutes for longer grains.
• Boil in plenty of water and drain, or cook by absorption; rest covered before fluffing.
• The 5 kg size suits households that cook biryani, pulao or plain rice with curry every week.
• Store in a clean, dry place.
