Ispahani Chia Seeds 100g

Ispahani Chia Seeds are small dried chia seeds in a 100g pack, from the Bangladeshi food company Ispahani Foods. Once soaked, chia seeds swell and turn soft and jelly-like, which is why they are stirred into drinks, puddings and breakfast bowls.

How to use

• Stir a spoonful into water, milk or juice and leave for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring once so the seeds do not clump.
